All information provided must be true and verifiable. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Only one Jitaa account is permitted per person, family, address, email, IP address, and device. If duplicate accounts are detected, they will be suspended and all winnings, bonuses, and balances will be voided. If you accidentally created multiple accounts, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials—username and password—completely confidential and not sharing them with third parties. You will be held responsible for all activity from your account, even if someone else uses your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and notify us.
Never share your jitaa password with anyone. jitaa staff will never ask for your password. Be alert to phishing attacks and only use the official jitaa website and app.
Jitaa is committed to complying with laws and regulatory requirements. We may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and address—national ID, passport, driving licence, bank statement, or utility bill. Failure to provide documents may result in your account being restricted or suspended and withdrawals being withheld.
You may request to close your Jitaa account at any time. Contact customer support and verify your identity. After all pending bets are settled and any bonus wagering is completed, the remaining balance will be refunded. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened and you will need to create a new account.
To place a bet at jitaa, you must have sufficient balance in your account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or amended unless jitaa decides otherwise in specific circumstances. Every bet has a unique ID stored in your betting history.
Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary for each market and event. These limits are clearly displayed on the bet placement screen. jitaa reserves the right to change these limits at any time. VIP members may receive higher limits.

The odds at the time you place your bet will apply; subsequent changes will not affect your bet. jitaa reserves the right to void bets if abnormal odds are displayed due to technical error.

All bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sporting body or authority. Winning bets will be credited to your account as soon as the result is confirmed. If a bet is settled incorrectly, Jitaa reserves the right to correct it. Protests or subsequent changes to results will not affect our settlement unless we decide otherwise.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled, our standard rules will apply. In most cases, bets are refunded or held until the event resumes. Specific sports may have separate rules, available in our complete betting rules.
Jitaa supports multiple payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, credit cards, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed instantly and added to your account balance in real time. We do not charge any fees on deposits, but payment providers may impose their own fees.
Jitaa players can withdraw their winnings and balance at any time. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, but in some cases there may be delays for verification or security checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 and the maximum is BDT 500,000 per transaction. VIP members receive higher limits and faster processing.

Deposits: instant, no fees. Withdrawals: typically 15 minutes to 24 hours, first three withdrawals per month are free. Subsequent withdrawals may incur a 2% processing fee or maximum BDT 500. VIP members receive fee waivers on all withdrawals.
Jitaa offers various bonuses and promotions — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions you must read before accepting. Bonuses can be activated automatically or by using a promo code. Once accepted, compliance with bonus terms and conditions is mandatory.
All bonuses have wagering requirements you must complete before withdrawal. For example, 10x wagering means you must bet 10 times the bonus amount. Only qualifying bets count toward wagering — typically bets with minimum odds. Some games and bet types may be excluded.
Bonuses are for entertainment and player encouragement only. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited—such as creating multiple accounts, syndicate betting, arbitrage, zero-risk betting patterns. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.
Each bonus has a specific validity period within which wagering must be completed, typically 7 to 30 days. When the period expires, unused bonus and associated winnings will be automatically cancelled. You can always see your active bonuses and remaining time in your account.
Jitaa reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without reason. If you violate or abuse bonus terms, we may confiscate the bonus, winnings, and even the original deposit.
Jitaa follows a zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activity. Prohibited activities include: providing false information, forging documents, chargeback fraud, payment reversal, abusing bonuses with multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, and gaining an advantage through any dishonest means.
Your Jitaa account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Allowing anyone else to use your account, selling it, or renting it is prohibited. Betting on behalf of a third party or playing on someone else's account is a serious violation and may result in permanent account closure.
Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any technical tool to gain an advantage on the jitaa platform is prohibited. Hiding your true location with VPNs or proxies, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or attempting to breach our security measures are serious violations.
If you are directly involved in an event (player, coach, referee, official), you are prohibited from betting on that event. Using insider or undisclosed information to bet is illegal. We will take legal action if match-fixing or suspicious activity is detected.
If these terms and conditions are violated, Jitaa may take the following actions: issue a warning, cancel bets, confiscate bonuses and winnings, suspend the account temporarily or permanently, freeze funds, report to law enforcement. Jitaa's decisions are final and not subject to reconsideration.
Jitaa strives to provide 24/7 service, but temporary downtime may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues. We are not liable for service interruptions, errors, or data loss beyond our control. Advance notification will be given for planned maintenance.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bets are accepted incorrectly, or payouts are wrong, Jitaa reserves the right to void or correct those bets. We fix errors as quickly as possible and notify affected players. Winnings from obvious errors are not valid.

In complex disputes, we may need to conduct a full investigation, which can take time. During the investigation, the relevant account or funds may be temporarily frozen. We will provide regular updates and resolve as quickly as possible.
Jitaa management's decision is final and binding. We review all relevant information and evidence to make fair and reasonable decisions. If you are dissatisfied with the decision, you may appeal to our licensing authority.
If Jitaa cannot resolve your issue, you can use an independent dispute resolution service. We are committed to accepting the decision of a recognized mediator. Mediation costs are typically shared by both parties.
All content on the jitaa website and app—logos, graphics, text, images, software—is owned by jitaa and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission. The jitaa name and logo are registered trademarks.
If you submit any content to jitaa—profile picture, comments, reviews—you grant jitaa a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute that content. You confirm that the content is your own and does not violate any third-party rights.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the jitaa platform. Stealing or copying software code, algorithms, or business processes is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy together constitute the complete agreement between Jitaa and you. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions.
